Installing our lockers is a straightforward process that requires minimal effort and basic skills. Just unbox the lockers, position them in place, adjust the feet for stability, establish an internet connection. We offer full installation services if required. Alternatively, with a brief training session, your technical team can easily handle a DIY installation using just a screwdriver. On average, it takes approximately 3 to 4 hours to set up a picking station of standard size.

Integration with your ordering system

An integration is required if you have an ordering system (e.g. a web shop) and you want to manage automatically the click and collect workflow. Integration is also needed if you want to connect your existing catalog or inventory management system (e.g. Shopify) with a vending food locker.

We’ll support your IT team in integrating with our LMS (Locker Management Sysytem) via API (application program interface). Our API aim to to simplify the life of your IT team during the integration process. It is fully documented and includes a complete set of features, from simple locker booking to complex groupage algorithms.

Shopify food lockers

Our food lockers are Shopify Ready. This means that they are already fully integrated with Shopify, and no integration effort is requested from your IT team.

Software and helpdesk

We offer the following after sales services which are available on an annual subscription basis:

  • Software as a service (SaaS)
  • 2nd level help desk (24/7)

You have the flexibility to choose between two service levels, Standard Service or Full Service, each one offering distinct response times.
